i eat very high protien and i dont wanna mess up my kidneys. what's a good supplement?

What princess said.  Unless you have some other kidney problem, eating additional protein shouldn't cause a problem.

350 grams of protein? well it's working! i'm growing new lean muslce! some eat less, some eat a lot less, some eat more. as for me this much protein is giving me progress.

cranberry is not really proven as a supplement.  It has been shown to have no real effect for treating kidney function problems or tract infections.  It just makes you pee more, which means it works your kidneys more.

High protien hinders calcium absorbtion.

Cranberry inhibits E Coli from adhering to the wall of the bladder thus preventing urinary tract infections

i'm not worried about infections. can't you get stones if you're on high protein for many years?

Cranberry inhibits E Coli from adhering to the wall of the bladder thus preventing urinary tract infections

to an extent.  Also many studies say that the lack of adhesion may be due to increased fluid consumption.
