350 grams of protein? well it's working! i'm growing new lean muslce! some eat less, some eat a lot less, some eat more. as for me this much protein is giving me progress.

cranberry is not really proven as a supplement. It has been shown to have no real effect for treating kidney function problems or tract infections. It just makes you pee more, which means it works your kidneys more.

i'm not worried about infections. can't you get stones if you're on high protein for many years?

to an extent. Also many studies say that the lack of adhesion may be due to increased fluid consumption.
