I'm just listening to the roundtable forum. I'm curious how many people actually listen to this show every week. Is there anyway to monitor listener statistics with online radio?

Last weeks show with King Kamali was the largest audience yet with over 20,000 listeners

I wonder how many of them will be going to Dr. Navarro to get some vein surgery? ;D

That's a decent sized audience, especially for an internet radio program whose subject is a fringe activity. How did they compile that figure?
Does that include people that downloaded the show after it was broadcast?

Our listenership comes from various outlets:
1. Live broadcast on ProBodybuildingWeekly.co m
2. Live broadcast on Bodybuilding.com
3. Podcast subscribers (iTunes and other podcast providers)
4. TPS Radio (an online radio station)
5. On-demand replays (includes various places that offer the archives)
Typically, the "Live" audience is only about 20% of the total listenership. The "on-demand" replays are much more accomodationg for listeners in the various world timezones. Our advertisers are provided with audience reports that are generated by a 3rd party service that tracks the numbers. The average show registers approximately 40,000 "on-demand" requests during the 7 day period that follows the weekly broadcast. Additionally, The podcast numbers are surprisingly strong (roughly 25,000 podcast subscribers). One of the biggest surprises have been the large percentage of international listeners.

Thanks for the answers. So you're saying there are 5 resources for listeners to access your show and that from two of them you're getting 65,000 listeners? That's pretty damn good.
How many listeners do the other three resources bring in on a weekly basis? Have you hit 100,000 yet?

Dr Navarro and Dina El S are starting a female version. Any predictions on what that show will be like?
