Title: Training abs while dieting

I think my abs could use a bit more thickness.  I never train them.

Should I bother training them while dieting, would it even make a difference?

 It'll make a difference but it wont do jack siht for losing the fat accumulated around the abdominal area. If anything...4 sets of REVERSE Crunches lying on a bench for 20 reps in a slow controlled manner is more than enough. Twice a week TOPS!

 40mcg of clen daily for 3 weeks followed by 10 days off cycle repeat will make those abs come out more...

But what will it do when u stop taking clen ??? waste a lot of money to end up where u started perhaps?
