Dont post this on this board. Anyways you look tiny for a natural. Your upper chest is weak, little arms and everything else
Do you have a pic up? What are your gains naturally? Sorry, but the guy looks pretty good. If you're going to rank on someone, have some validity to your statements. Another getbig toughguy weighing 165lbs on his first cycle of bloat.
-
What is it with you posting like 5 pictures that all look exactly the same?
-
wtf are you talking about sarge
his upper chest needs some work, also his delts, bis, tris
-

You should see how much a fucking pump makes a difference....hahhahhah
I am going to own all of these pseudo-bodybuilders.

Adonis you have great size for a natural, but why do you always post up the same picture 5 times?? Also why not put up some fully body shots rather then side chest shots or variations on this all the time?
Where are the wheels?
-
looking lean man, the abs are crazy, the chest is looking full too, there are going to be some angry people in a few weeks.
I hear a sucking sound

Does that guy lift?
Do you?

Here is my diet and training in case anyone is interested in.
No secrets, No cardio.
My training is every other day...Hard and heavy....Every set to failure, drop sets, rest about a minute between sets.
I don`t count reps or sets. I do Legs one day,Chest one day,Back one day,Bis and Tris one day,Shoulders one day.
No telling how many sets I do. I just pick a heavy weight and lift it. Probably about 4-6 sets per exercise if I had to guess and about 5-10 different exercises depending. I basically train like the old guys, Reeves and Grimek.
My calories are probably 1200-1800 range. Possibly lower at times but not higher.
Protein is kept high. Fats are whatever is in the protiens and 1 serving of almond butter at night.
It really is too simple.
Muscle is HARD to lose in actuallity. People really have no clue. They lack the intelligence and just follow like sheep.
My diet is sooooo simple and I eat really well.
My carbs are eaten in the first 2 meals of the day.
Meal 1 carbs:2 servings fiber one,1 cup of skim milk
Meal 2 carbs:1 piece of fruit.
The rest of the meals include a protein source and maybe vegetables. I eat a lot of gourmet cooked proteins such as manta ray and still have hamburgers everyday with ketchup.
Its too simple. No cardio either. Lifting every other day.
No changes to diet.
I will be 3-4 percent soon.

I don`t know my weight. But I will tell you that bulking up to a high bodyfat is not too smart to do unless you know how to lose the weight.
Most people never make it back down to ever see their abs again and just get stuck and are relegated to to being a fat ass. Then the delusionality sets in. That whole mantra, eat big to get big is a bunch of shit.
I do not plan to ever bulk up again, I can confirm that there is no benefit to doing it. However, if you love food and just want to see how much weight you can push, then it is fun. But in reality, it is a waste.
You will pay for it for a few months, that is if you ever plan on seeing your abs again.

hahahaha, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the funny thing is that you don't really lose that much strength coming down in weight, maybe a little on the pressing movements

i've done it before bitch boy.

i've done it before bitch boy.
Going from krispie creams to dunkin doghnuts is not what I would call dieting.

No you havent, its not good to lie
-
hahahaha, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the funny thing is that you don't really lose that much strength coming down in weight, maybe a little on the pressing movements
Yep. The "strength" you do lose is not from lost muscle anyway, but more from completely depleted glycogen. You know you are fueled by that stored fat when this happens. It is a good feeling.
The "strength" is also relative. When you go down in weight your lifts may drop, but so is your bodyweight. You will find that your lifts, although maybe lower, you will in fact be stronger in that your power to weight ratio is way better.
The "strength" you had when you were fatter is also due to fat and water making better mechanical levers and stabilization. It is easier to squat with a thicker waist and thicker legs from fat.
The "Strength" you lose comes back in about 3-5 weeks after finishing dieting. What happens is pretty cool. Your bodyweight increases slightly but your "Strength" from your old lifts catches up and may perhaps even pass your old fat level. Thus you are lean with the same strength levels and poundages that you were using.
Monster Truths that always get left out.

Looks good. Just goes to show there are many ways of dieting, you just have to find what works for you.

This is true, im living proof, and going through hell for it now/paying the price...but im getting there.
Your abs are the best gauge to monitor your conidtioning..if they fade out, adjust your eating habits..if they are good keep dong what your doing, just keep protiein intake high..cant wait to be in great shape year around..
-
Muscle is HARD to lose in actuallity.
This is the truth. Imho you don't even need to keep the protein high, the only reason high protein (say higher than the USDA recommended amount of 70 grams) is important is that it helps to avoid hunger.
-
Looks very good.
Anything TA's posted up to this point isn't even close.
This pic actually shows a very impressive physique IMO.
You're on your way TA.

I told you so.
Bulking is a myth created by the supplement industry to sell more MRP weight gainer and protein powder, and then thermogenics when you want to cut. The trick is they convince you that you need to eat 6-7 meals and of course no one can eat that in whole food so you have to buy the protein and MRPs. Then you get so fat you need to cut, but they tell you that you still need to eat many meals just smaller ones so you still need to protein, but you also need the thermogenics now to lose the fat.
The worst part is that bulking doesn't even really help naturals to gain muscle. I can't speak for juicers but I'm guessing it's the same thing with them. They might need more calories but it probably isn't necessary for them to get fat either.

I think Adonis is a dick but he is the only guy who gives the truth about training. Doesn't just spout some BS he read in one of those stupid ass magazines or the crap info that Drugged up pros give. I really like reading his advice. You should consider writing articles on the "real truth" about natural bodybuilding.

will billy smith making the measurement of 3/4% bf?

As much as I hate you for being so full of yourself, gotta admit you're body looks pretty good!
Do something about that face now!

Looking very lean...i can only imagine how lean you will be for the contest.

I am experiencing this now, as I have been eating pretty clean for about a month. I like being cut, but I feel smaller and I don't really like not being able to lift as much. I am doing it just for the mental challenge, and it is amazing how leaned out you can get in just a few weeks. I am going to keep it up a little while longer and see what it looks like. I am pretty used to not eating crap at this point.

Keep it up. Just because you aren`t pushing the same weight as you once were DOES not mean you have lost muscle or strength at all. That is another HUGE misconception. Some people are able to lift on little to no glycogen the same weight, while others aren`t. There are many factors involved as I outlined.
Also, keep in mind that once you resume normal eating, the ability to use the same poundages and more all comes back within 3-5 weeks or so.
Nothing is lost. Nobody should EVER be scared to diet down.

Hey Adonis I have a question maybe you can start a new thread for it.
What kind of routine/diet/suplementation should a natural be following and what are the biggest myths you see regarding training/diet/supplementation?

Hope this helps.

that would actually be great...because what your doing seems to be working great for you...it would be a great read
and judging from the pics alone...you look like arnold jr. especially the arms and abs. The chest doesn't look as great, but it might just be the angle of the pics
looks like the getbig contest is in the bag unless there's a big surprise from someone
-
looking spectacular bro. you are like the natty marcus ruhl huge sholders and arms but small waist in your most mucular pic.
-
adonis do you even have a cheat day? ive cheated like 50 fuckin times i wish i hadent though dieting straight through seems best but i really dont know never tried to get this lean. its funny all the haters hatin on you, what is it with these people. its so blatantly obvious they are jealous and ANGRY at you, im sure you get a kick out of it. Adonis is the man u people need to stop the jealous, take a step back people and realize you suck at weightlfting, open you ears to what the master is teaching you about weightlifting , no more bitching from this gotsmall crowd here

Great progress, Adam

Once you get on a roll and you're over the cravings stage why would you invite them back in with a stupid cheat day where you end up feeling like you've gone backwards.

wrong.

The same rational with 'refeeder days' in that your body is starting to get use to the diet so you throw it off by eating more calories than you noramlly have only to go back to your diet the next day...

yeah but i dont like the idea of refeeding with just carbs i think its stupid. carbs contain certain molecules but fats contain much more important ones. so i say cheat/refeed fat and carbs . but i dont think you need to refeed at all unless you are ungodly sore from a workout and need nutrients badly
-
nice pictures adonis. you look like a swimmer :)
-
Looking pretty good there Adam. Ya gotta get those forearms up though, they don't look right with your upper arm size.
When do we get to see ONE full picture of you though? We are always seeing the same shot.

if the pics are old then how do they disprove the gyno claim?

They were jsut a couple of weeks ago.

All his pics show 5 or 6 of the same pose. Let's see a back lat spead or rear double biceps and some leg shots now. If you feel you're going to win then showing these shots should be now problem.

this is spot on, its damn near impossible to lose natural muscle, once you pack on muscle you have it for life unless you dont train and they atrophy

Wrong. Many "Iron Age" lifters got very heavy in the offseason. Reg Park regularly bulked up to over 250 lb. Bruce Randall bulked up to well over 400 lb before winning the Mr. Universe. Both of these guys were drug-free.
Adonis is contradicting himself once again. If muscle is so hard to lose, then why not get as big and strong as you can in the offseason?
-

None of what you said does anything to contradict my point. If you think that bulking to 400lbs as a natural makes sense you must be a retard. Anybody who is natural at that weight would look like a sack of shit.
The whole idea is that bulking does not really help naturals to gain more muscle then they would by gaining lean. If you don't believe me try dieting off that beer gut and you will see that there is a lot less muscle under your blubber than you hoped.

Great job Adonis!

Anyone that disagree's is just jealous!
quote] of what.... his 17 inch arms??? ahah
-
it would take years probably 5-8 years of forcefeeding to weigh a slobby 400 pounds, but who wants to look like shit for that long? i would rather look like adonis and gain at low body fats
-
No idea, but my wrist is 6.5 inches.
I'm calling Bullshit, Adonis. Let me see...you know the exact measurement of your wrists, yet you don't the know the size of your upper arms? Come on, who are you kidding??? Don't be afraid to post the measurements, we've all seen the pics and know you're on the small side, so don't be ashamed anymore!

I asked him that question because (I believe it was earlier in this same thread) he claimed not to know how big his upper arms were.
