For a total onslaught of bodypart building i will take in massive calories and bring my bodyweight up from a ripped competition weight by 25 pounds looking smooth puttin on muscle and repairing then losing it a few days before the weekend so i can get all the babes is the key to adding and repairing muscle while looking good on the weekend

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is key!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the magical nutrients in this absolutely delicious food is like jet fuel to propel fast and furious Adonis and daddywaddy type workouts, these little tiny tits do their normal 4 sets of 6-8 reps and could never fathom squatting 135 rock bottom for a half hour straight without racking the bar, they will never learn the secrets.

Concentrated calorie food in moderation is a good fuel, does not carry unnecessary bulk or bloat like salad and veggies which by the way is overrated.

I will now educate you on Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream.
These foods are better for you to eat than oatmeal or brown rice.
They take forever and a day to pass in your bloodstream.
The respective GI value of Cookies and Cream Frozen yogurt is in the 20s.
Thats Oatmeal`s GI cut more than half........This Carb Soruce of the gods will satisfy your taste and hunger way longer than oatmeal as it is digested way slower.
It also has lower fat.
100 grams of carbs in Frozen Yogurt is a huge amount also. Almost a big ass plate of Frozen yogurt.
You can also use Ice Cream.

i need to get some footage of my pushup routine. pushups nonstop for 10 minutes striaght only breaking to change hand and feet position equating to 350-400 pushups! wide griip, close grip, on left foot, on right foot, repeat its killer

if any of the bodybuilders at my gym saw you training like that they would drag u out the back door and toss you in the dumpster....for real.
hint....watch blood n guts....that will give u a clue on how to train to build muscle.

i'm talking about the style of training, intensity, heavy weighs, rep range, ect.
grabbing a bitch weigh off the rack and pressing it for 15 min. straight does not build muscle.
heavy weight, basic movements, 6-8 reps, thats what builds muscle.

A good one is: 60 percent carbs, 20 percent protein,20 percent fat.
Another good thing to try is to cycle your macros. Not many people are smart enough to pull it off, but this ensures you will never adapt even if eating the same amount of calories.
