looks like this thread was too honest and was obviously touching a nerve and that's why it was moved.

Myself,Jezebelle,Daddywaddy,Broadstreet and Bast all have been collborating on our enlightened principles.

We have found that if you know the secrets, Ice Cream,Frozen Yogurt and Pizza and Milk are by far the best weight loss and strength foods you can eat.

Once you are ready to trust us,you too will become legendary.

Daddywaddy is going to eat massive amounts of calories.

I've seen you advocate against overeating.

What's your take on this idea of his?

lol...u train like a bitch...nonstop pushups...15 min on the bench, light weight, 2 hr workouts...lol

if any of the bodybuilders at my gym saw you training like that they would drag u out the back door and toss you in the dumpster....for real.

hint....watch blood n guts....that will give u a clue on how to train to build muscle.

How hard is it to take 10 grand worth of drugs and lift weights?

Its not.

Do you use vanilla protein or unflavored?

You can overeat only the right calories and do the right training.

Overeating protien does not work.

i'm not talking about the amount of drugs dorian takes.

i'm talking about the style of training, intensity, heavy weighs, rep range, ect.

grabbing a bitch weigh off the rack and pressing it for 15 min. straight does not build muscle.

heavy weight, basic movements, 6-8 reps, thats what builds muscle.

Do you have any carb:protein:fat ratio that you think is optimal?

There are many magic ratios.

A good one is: 60 percent carbs, 20 percent protein,20 percent fat.

Another good thing to try is to cycle your macros.  Not many people are smart enough to pull it off, but this ensures you will never adapt even if eating the same amount of calories.
