No to the first question.

To answer the second, because I am tired of stupid fucks like him ruining an otherwise good site.  I am also tired of him talking shit about me.  If he wishes to apologize and promise to never say another word about me I will drop it.

I'm certainly not big in the sense of a professional bodybuilder of today.  I am clean.  I am big compared to the average guy and good sized compared to the bodybuilders of the pre-steroid era.  I am also quite strong relative to even those who use drugs.

That's about it.  Oh, and my calves suck rather horribly.

Fair assessment.  Your strength is high.  Question: why blur all that muscle definition with so much body hair?

a) I'm married and not trying to get dates.
b) As I am not competing and I don't like shaving my body I don't bother.

all of them, Faggeracci.

I am not going to list every lift I can perform.  That is silly.

I don't flat bench due to a shoulder issue.  As of late I have been using the Hammer Strength machine followed by incline dumbell press.  I have been using 3 plates and a 25 per side on the Hammer flat bench for 2 sets of 3.  I then follow that with 130 lbs dumbbells for 2-3 reps on the incline press.

In a recent workout I STDL'ed 585 lbs x 2 reps.

I can alternate dumbbell curl the 85s for 2 sets of 3 reps with decent form.

Let's see, I use machines at the gym.  I can just about stack the Med-Ex hamstring machine at my gym.  I can stack most all of the machines depending on when I do them in my workout.

My squat varies with stance and style.  I can squat a raw 405 lbs ass-to-the-floor with a pause at the bottom (makes it MUCH more difficult).  I have right about 600 lbs with knee wraps and a belt to parallel with a wide stance.

I can do a standing one arm dumbbell press with 120 lbs dumbbell for 2-3 reps.

What else would you like to know?

Interesting you should say that.  I HAVE done it at a gym in Phoenix.  The one at my particular gym is heavier for some reason.  Perhaps it is not as well lubed.

Prior to my shoulder issue I flat benched 405 lbs raw for a double.  The same injury still bugs me when I do any kind of benching including the Hammer machine but it is not nearly as bad as the actual free weight press.

i guess you'll just have to settle for the 80lbs. for 10 reps that you do currently but don't worry you might get there in about 35 years.

I may aswell use this thread to discuss something worthy of discussion, Chris.. lately when I've been doing my deadlifts I've been getting huge throat pressure (rarely something comes back up) but I think I'm seriously stuffing up on breathing technique and it doesn't feel healthy.  Any tips on breathing properly or something like that to avoid stressing ze head?

You my boy need to learn the bodybuilding fundamentals. Breath in when on a negative, breath out on the positive.

Then you weren't made to go heavy. Try increasing cardio and take deep breaths during streneous exercise. In your case that would mean with your night time training buddy the musclebear.

I don't think the deadlift is an exercise that lends itself to higher reps unless you are performing the stiff-legged variety (SLDL).  If you are performing standard deads I think it best to stick with 1-3 reps.  When performing a maximum or near-maximum lift I will hold my breath during the concentric or eccentric portion of the movement.  I firmly believe in letting the body's own natural breathing mechanism do its thing when training with weights.

Mason, you're seriously strong.

But what is the difference between your SLDL's and regular DL's?

I ask this, because when watching you perform the lift at higher weights in clips, it looks pretty much like a regular deadlift to me.

Leg drive.  When I do the stiffs even at heavier loads I try not to use quad drive to get the lift while when I perform standard deads I obviously push with the quads as much as possible.  When I do SLDLs heavy I need to bend my legs a bit in order to protect my lower back but again, I try not to use quad drive.

I don't usually do more than 3 for work sets.  I also hold my breath during the lift portion (therein lies the problem I think - despite it feeling natural).

Ever since I've been deep squatting during the week (on a different day) my deadlift has suffered.

I can't tell which way your feet are pointed in the front double bi, but if they're not already try turning them outwards and bending them slightly, it'll bring out your seperation and quad size more. Overall pretty good except for needing more lats and chest as well as overall thickness in general. How tall are you again?

Oh, and let me say this, Alexxx, while still being an idiot, looks pretty decent with respect to being lean and having good abs.  His legs look good and his arms ok.  His overall upper body mass is lacking sorely but he has a decent physique.

As I said in the other thread, lol.

I was too self-conscious about taking still shots of myself in the gym (actually a health club) so I took a video of my training instead.  I can also take some shots at home if need be.

The video is of me t-bar rowing 8 plates "Ronnie" style.   Here is a link:

so what that's only 325lbs. or so, brutal 15 inch arms.

Absolutly, althought I still have to give credits to Vince by looking THIS GOOD even without carbing up

Very true, Alexxx would smoke Vince onstage even if he didn't shave his ugly chest

Alexxx won't stand a chance against me.  I may not have the great abs but size rules, dude.  I'm a lot bigger and thicker than he is and my posing is much better than his.  Once Alexxx fills out a bit, he should be fine.

Goatboy, the ab shot in that picture was causing by failing to blow out the air and not elongating the abs prior to hitting the pose.  I'vd taken care of this issue by putting my arms further back and simply turning one of my legs to the side rather than sticking it out

I haven't addressed you in this ridiculous challenge, alexxx.

For good reasons.

You and Mason are not even comparable. You will look great - in seven or eight years, if you keep at it.

But right now? Right now you're...building the foundation, as FLEX would've put it. Or, looking like someone with a mountain to climb, to put it in a no bullshit terminology.

Mason has posted pics before, and your attempts at a lat spread looks... Ethiopian? in comparison to his back development.

Keep embarrassing yourself.

There is not one single person who thinks you have a physique that is on par with Mason.

He's got an impressive physique, nothing really extraordinary(except his crazy lats), but that seems to be enough to make you look like a member of the Ethiopian Swimming Team.

Lol, I am sorry.  I should not pick on you for such matters.

Look, I gave my critique of your physique.  You are certainly lean especially in the mid-section but you need to start adding some size to your upper body.  I will say you are leaner than me and your legs look quite thick.  That said, I have a better overall physique in terms of development at this time.  Perhaps you will one day smoke me but not now.

I suggest you take up some heavy training such as I have shown you in the video.  If you combine that with some heavy eating you might be able to put on some serious mass in your upper body.  At your height it would make you an imposing figure.
