Lol, I am sorry. I should not pick on you for such matters.

Look, I gave my critique of your physique. You are certainly lean especially in the mid-section but you need to start adding some size to your upper body. I will say you are leaner than me and your legs look quite thick. That said, I have a better overall physique in terms of development at this time. Perhaps you will one day smoke me but not now.

I suggest you take up some heavy training such as I have shown you in the video. If you combine that with some heavy eating you might be able to put on some serious mass in your upper body. At your height it would make you an imposing figure.

I am going to start doing some heavy as benches and deads. Gonna start doing the 5x5 method for a while.

Goatboy, the ab shot in that picture was causing by failing to blow out the air and not elongating the abs prior to hitting the pose. I'vd taken care of this issue by putting my arms further back and simply turning one of my legs to the side rather than sticking it out
