Wondering if you guys could help me with a good clean diet,but I am a very picky eater, I do not like Tuna, Cottage cheese, and I would probably eat eggs, and eggs whites if I knew how to cook them, I know ya ll are probably thinking Karl don't be a pussy just eat it, but any help would be appreciated .

Egg whites are great - add turkey/onions/tomatoes/little cheese. Very tasty.
For meat, try canned chicken instead of canned tuna. I goes down super easy.

I microwave mine....poke some holes in it, then 5-6 min shes done. sometimes i just can't take anymore rice. you can also slice them and bake them in the oven with some spices and olive oil tastes great.

You don't know to cook an egg???
Buy two or three dozens of them,
buy some oil/butter (no subsitute, but real butter) and start mixing, baking etc. Make sure you have a good pan.
I think your main problem is start learning how to cook, and start ditching prepared meals/fastfood/microwave. If you're still living with your parents, cook together some healthy and proteine-rich meals. Make salads with leaf vegetables like lettuce and spinach, add some tomato (slide, not puree)and cumcubber, a little bit of vinegar and salt, some tuna or other kind of white meat, some pasta and or beans. You name it.
Isn't Oprah saying this all the time in America. Obese childre, loosing weight etc.

i don't live with my marents and the reason why i don't know how too cook eggs is i don't like them

You don't need eggs for your proteine's but their simple and cooking them is really easy. And you don't have to like what you eat.
It's helpfull, but it ain't a neccasity.
You can cover up tuna in a simple salad, or cook an potato and mix it with the tuna, mix in some lettuca and use a simple sauce.
A other simple way is to Wok,

Bit of chicken or fish, lot's of vegetables, everything is permitted, just try and experiment. Buy a cookbook and start cooking,
check the book out, make sure there are plenty of courses based mainly on vegetables, and just start.
There is no real guideline what to eat,
just make sure you have plenty of protein (fish, meat, chicken) and an average amount of carbohydrates, that's usually the main problem.
Pasta and potatoes for instance should be used with care.

Now that is a diet. No nonsense like alot of the diet's you see on here, people eating stuff full of sugar. In the morning you want to be having egg whites or whey protein as they digiest quickly; bringing your body out of a catabolic state since you havent ate in 8 hours or so. Before bed time you should be taking a slow digesting protein such as casein. You can get casein either from cottage cheese or casein shakes. what type of results your looking for...fat loss, tone up, gain muscle, competition shape?

Here is what I suggest, potatoes- take some olive oil and rub the potato down, punch some holes in the thing with a fork, and pop it in the microwave for 5minutes, done. Eggs- set a dozen in a pan, add cold water just over the top of the eggs, bring to a boil for 7minutes, turn off the stove, let settle until cool on the burner while you work one out or whatever you do to past the time, peel the eggs, throw the yokes away of half and the other half throw in hole, mix in ten cans of tuna, some onion, mustard, done. Now you have tuna for a couple of days, so don't eat it all at once. Brush teeth vigorously after eating this because you will have karate breath. Also try some ground turkey it has lest calories in it per pound then beef and IMO tastes better.
