You don't need eggs for your proteine's but their simple and cooking them is really easy. And you don't have to like what you eat.

Bit of chicken or fish, lot's of vegetables, everything is permitted, just try and experiment. Buy a cookbook and start cooking,
check the book out, make sure there are plenty of courses based mainly on vegetables, and just start.
There is no real guideline what to eat,
just make sure you have plenty of protein (fish, meat, chicken) and an average amount of carbohydrates, that's usually the main problem.
Pasta and potatoes for instance should be used with care.
