No actually I have never been arrested, the only time I had a run in with the law was when I parked in a no parking area when I was a undergraduate. I am now in my 2nd year of medical School (Emory) and I actually did pretty good on my mcats to get there. There goes your IQ insult. As you and others have already pointed out, crime is largely based on economics. Middle and upper middle class people, regardless of race, do not commit most of the crime in this country.
Aside from that, because there are so many interracial people in this country, I think race statistics are pretty meaningless.

2. You've seen stats that show a disproportionate number of crimes committed by middle and upper middle class blacks?
3. You've seen stats that show "blacks and minorities are more likely to commit violent crimes than whites," regardless of income or education?
4. Have you seen stats that break down crimes statistics by blood quantum? I haven't. There are millions of interracial people in this country. That makes race-based crime stats unreliable IMO.

Further more....if you have studied any psychology you would see that as humans have an inherent need for "making themselves better" the word is self "actualization", it is the highest priority on the hierarchy of needs as humans. The discipline is called "Humanism" I believe Albert Maslow was the psychologist who formulated it. I say to say this....Blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, when compared to each other with comparable socioeconomic status behave similar. And inversely the same races if subject to the lower socioeconomic status are improvised and riddled with crime and drugs. Statistically speaking, blacks do commit more violent crimes in many nations. I personally believe that it is due to the socioeconomic conditions that the lack of equality caused. When were minorities given equal rights in the US? 30/40 years ago? To me it is kind of like someone who has been training for 20 years and so is able to bench 400lbs. Some noob starts in the gym and after 2 years is only able to bench 290lbs. Without the history, they will not be as strong. I am more convinced by this, because where I live we are one of the few places that do not have the racial differentation with crimes committed etc. The amount of prisoners incarcerated basically corresponds with the racial make-up of our society.We are also one of the few places that did not have slavery, segregation etc.. as part of our offical history, hence we do not have the background that caused the problems. Race is a non entity here, as it never was a point of differential. Now economics are....
What is the reason for white males being the prevalent sexual deviants? I am honestly interested in people's opinions. I do not believe it is because white males are genetically perverts or anything, so what could be the reason behind these statistics? Less reporting in ethnic communities maybe?

Its cool...But check it out...dont believe everything you see on T.V. Saying most blacks are violent, lazy, complaining bums isnt true. How many blacks do you personally know? Check this...Im from Venice California...From what I knew of the south was they were dumb and they talked funny...I moved out to atlanta for college and i saw that southerners are just southerners. They talk differently but they are just the same as someone from new york or los angeles. I had a false perception of what southerns are like because of what i saw on tv (dukes of hazzard).
Also if most blacks are violent and lazy, how come there are whole island nations full of blacks that have virtually no crime..The reason is because the blacks down there are all on the same footing. They dont have the extreme poverty we have in the states, that is usually compounded by extreme wealth by a group soley based on race. I still believe Poverty is the author of crime.

I think that the main problem is people making excuses for minorities and not saying what it is it is that they would rather go out and commit crime rather that get a real job. Look at the single mother rate it is far higher in blacks than any other race. Why is that? That is one of the problems with the race there is no male figure around and the ones that are are not good role models. The fact that there are more whites in prison is going to be obvious we account for the majority of the pop. but look at the difference we are the majority of the pop. and blacks are the minority and they are still almost as high as a percentage as the whites I think that is kinda funny. oh yea that is becauseof the racist court system right ? I have no answer as to why the majority of sexusal predators are white I can not comment on that because I havent looked into it. The only thing that bothers me is why someone says that crime is because of poverty or something else I was not raised rich or anything like that but I do try to go out and make myself better everyday. That is the difference between the white race and the other minorities IMO

I relate to blacks and latinos because i am black and latino. But as far as my thought process i would be a lier if i said i didnt admire the way (as a whole) whites approach their lives. I have adapted most if it too. Most are bottom line thinkers. Do what it takes to get it done. Delayed gratefication, live for tommorrow but also take risks. Im not saying whites didnt have the massive headstart (slavery=free capital with no overhead) in life but its time for blacks to see the problem is not whites keeping them down because no white man has ever stopped me from doing anything. It takes a changing of thinking to get ahead. When minorities understand that when they eliminate poverity they eliminate the majority of their problems is when we will move ahead.
Believe me, i hate bet, upn, wb all that shit because they only show one reality and the examples they show of black people is freakin middle management (not saying nothing is wrong with middle management but it shouldnt be the end-all for someones carreer white or black) blacks with with trivial problems. Take for example the parkers a fucking awful show, the freakin mom goes to the same jc as the daugher...what kind of shit is that. Its hollywood, they can make any reality and they choose to put that shit on tv. My mother has 2 undergrad degrees UCLA and Stanford and a masters from UC Irvine she is a vp of a major healthcare provider but they would never put that shit on the air because no one wants to see that (mainly talking about blacks). So the problem with blacks today is because africans sold other africans as slaves.....you arent that smart are you.
Also, to totally comment or inject a statement or opinion on the africans selling africans as slaves you have to know the context of the agreement. I dont know the context so i cant comment on it. But what i can comment on is that where most of the slaves in the us came from (west africa) gold no silver was used as currency because of the abundance of gold already there. So selling people for shiny things is so totally unfounded and an uneducated assertion.

It is absolutely true that whites had a "head start" over blacks. Pretty much the entire black race in America was illiterate in the 1800s. Slavery ended in the 1860s, but it really didn't. The Black Codes and Jim Crow survived until the 1960s, 100 years after slavery ended. We're only one generation removed from Jim Crow. Should this be a crutch for "blacks" in today's society? Of course not. But you cannot rewrite history.

I congulate you an the hard work and putting yourself throught college but that is not the majority you decided I am going to go out and make something of myself. Now if you could get all of the other minorities to think this way then we would not be having this disscussion. but you cant do this because most of them dont want to work hard they would rather the govt give them something or go take it from some other person that has worked their whole life for what they have.

I would disagree. It is not like it was zillions of years ago - legal equality has only existed for what 40 years in the US? After 300+ years of crap thrown at them?And that is legal equality, not actual equality. How a nation expects to treat a group of people like animals, enslave them, deny them equal rights - then expect them to be on the same footing as a group that has a more genial history I will never know. The same way women are not as successful in general as males.
In nations that never had slavery and lack of equality, the races are basically equal as well as solid race relations. Well actually the 'race relation' stuff is like not even happening because race is such an non-entity. Why would blacks and native americans be operating on the same level as whites in some nations and not others? Due to the history.......
Just a perspective from someone who lives in a nation that does not have the horrible history that many others do. My country was actually founded by people escaping slavery.
