TA's tall, no striation having, shitting eating ass isn't shit.
Here is what I have been doing the past 3 or 4 weeks, at a depleted weight of 195-197, depending on the day. For a LIFETIME natural, I will put these numbers up against anyone...anyone who could see the veins in their obliques, inner-legs and all of their back when then performed these. I LAUGH at guys like TA when I read this forum. That dude is 2-3% more bodyfat higher in those pics than I've been at for WEEKS....and he's PROUD of looking like that at 160!!!!!!! LMAO!!!
Back
One-armed rows - 150 pound dumbells for 5 clean, straight, non-cheatging reps. Performed last Tuesday in the middle of a back workout at 196.
Pull-ups - 2 45's straped to my waist for 5 reps. Performed 2 days ago at 195.
Chest
115 incline dumbell presses - performed today...at 193...for 6 reps. This was in the middle of a workout.
Hammer-strength incline presses - 4 45's and a 10 on each side for 5 reps. Today...at 193...
Legs
Squats - 425 for 4 at a weight of 194. Done last Monday. This was after 4 heavy sets of squats...and I did a drop set of 315 for 8 then 275 for 8 at the end of this set...
Calves
11 Plates on each side of the leg press for 6 reps on the toe press - And this is being careful. I could honestly go heavier but I don't want to risk injury.
Biceps
A TON of sets with 65 pound dumbells consisting of my heaviest (but not last) working standing set for 5 reps on each arm...with strict form.
EZ Bar Curls - 2 45's and a 25 on each side for 5 reps...at the END of a workout...at 193....with a drop-set afterwards.
Triceps
I don't even know where to begin on this one. I'll just say that I do V-Bar press downs at 140 for 5 on my last set on this exercise...my second...for 5 reps. This is after working up to 260 with the rope for 5 reps to end this exercise...for 5...after 5 working sets.
Shoulders
First off, my SECOND trap exercise is straight barl shrugs. I finish this at 455 for 6 reps at 194 (what I did last friday). This is after doing almost 600 pounds on the hammer shrug machine for my first exercise...as part of my last set...for 5.
Presses....260 for 5 on my last set...after 3 heavy sets preceeding this. I also perform 4 sets at around 50 pounds for lateral raises after my presses and then rear delt movements for up to 205 on the peck deck (for what it's worth) for 5.
I can list other individual movement for you "naturals" on here, but I will tell ever single one of you that you aren't shit to me. You are nothing. I look at guys like TA and Alex on here and laugh. With a carb-depleted BF of around 5% I'm stronger than either of you on your BEST fatass day. You are NOTHING to me. I've yet to see a "natural" guy post on here who is worth a shit. You 2 are amatuers at the very best. When either of you see the veins in my shoulders/quads/abs/chest/arms/calves/back, you'd accuse me of being on drugs. That's what inferior SOB's like you do. Until you realize that there are guys that bust their ass FAR beyond what either of you clowns are capable of MENTALLY doing, on top of eating hard-core year round, you will continue to hate on guys like me. If you saw me, you'd claim that I'm on drugs, diuretics, anti-estrogen compounds, etc., when, in reality, I have simply outworked your sorry, lazy, pathetic asses.
The "Natural" guys that post on here regularly are a disgrace. There isn't a lifetime natural guy that posts on here that is even close to me, which adds to the laughter each time I read this forum.

As a life-time natural I would ask that you post a pic....as well as any competition history you have. Strength dont mean shit when it comes to the day of the show. Or, did you not realize that?

I would ask if you could do ANY of the previously listed lifts/pulls/pushes at 5% bodyfat (or less). The answer would definately be "no"...but you would still hate me...
I will be competing in Georgia in October and whiping the floor in doing so. I've done several NPC shows in the past 3 years, never finishing below 3rd in my class, having never used any drugs whatsoever. I am gifted to an extent from a genetic standpoint but moreso to a mental standpoint. I'm simply capable of pushing myself to extremes beyond what most people can/want to handle without drugs.
People at MANY gyms I go to dislike me because I DON'T use drugs. Guys that abuse drugs can't stand me. It's all pure jealousy but it is what it is. It's not my fault that they have the work ethic of someone on welfare combined with the genetics of Vince Goodrum.

Many a cable and pulley has made a weak man very strong.....all about leverage!!!
I am sure you have gone from one leg press doing X amount of weight.....then go to another one (different company) and was either stronger or weaker....no?

Here is what I have been doing the past 3 or 4 weeks, at a depleted weight of 195-197, depending on the day. For a LIFETIME natural, I will put these numbers up against anyone...anyone who could see the veins in their obliques, inner-legs and all of their back when then performed these. I LAUGH at guys like TA when I read this forum. That dude is 2-3% more bodyfat higher in those pics than I've been at for WEEKS....and he's PROUD of looking like that at 160!!!!!!! LMAO!!!

One-armed rows - 150 pound dumbells for 5 clean, straight, non-cheatging reps. Performed last Tuesday in the middle of a back workout at 196.
Pull-ups - 2 45's straped to my waist for 5 reps. Performed 2 days ago at 195.
Chest
115 incline dumbell presses - performed today...at 193...for 6 reps. This was in the middle of a workout.
Hammer-strength incline presses - 4 45's and a 10 on each side for 5 reps. Today...at 193...
Legs
Squats - 425 for 4 at a weight of 194. Done last Monday. This was after 4 heavy sets of squats...and I did a drop set of 315 for 8 then 275 for 8 at the end of this set...
Calves
11 Plates on each side of the leg press for 6 reps on the toe press - And this is being careful. I could honestly go heavier but I don't want to risk injury.
Biceps
A TON of sets with 65 pound dumbells consisting of my heaviest (but not last) working standing set for 5 reps on each arm...with strict form.
EZ Bar Curls - 2 45's and a 25 on each side for 5 reps...at the END of a workout...at 193....with a drop-set afterwards.
Triceps
I don't even know where to begin on this one. I'll just say that I do V-Bar press downs at 140 for 5 on my last set on this exercise...my second...for 5 reps. This is after working up to 260 with the rope for 5 reps to end this exercise...for 5...after 5 working sets.
Shoulders
First off, my SECOND trap exercise is straight barl shrugs. I finish this at 455 for 6 reps at 194 (what I did last friday). This is after doing almost 600 pounds on the hammer shrug machine for my first exercise...as part of my last set...for 5.
Presses....260 for 5 on my last set...after 3 heavy sets preceeding this. I also perform 4 sets at around 50 pounds for lateral raises after my presses and then rear delt movements for up to 205 on the peck deck (for what it's worth) for 5.
I can list other individual movement for you "naturals" on here, but I will tell ever single one of you that you aren't shit to me. You are nothing. I look at guys like TA and Alex on here and laugh. With a carb-depleted BF of around 5% I'm stronger than either of you on your BEST fatass day. You are NOTHING to me. I've yet to see a "natural" guy post on here who is worth a shit. You 2 are amatuers at the very best. When either of you see the veins in my shoulders/quads/abs/chest/arms/calves/back, you'd accuse me of being on drugs. That's what inferior SOB's like you do. I could EASILY get down to 0.0%, bro... The thing is, I need a certain amount of bodyfat to cushion my joints as I lift those ungodly weights. I've found, through trial and error, that 0.0003% is more-or-less optimal...
In any case, I had it measured it by Jim Quinn at Gold's Venice, and it was apparently the second-lowest ever recorded!!!!!!
Now excuse me, fellas, I've got to head to the gym -- it's shoulder day, which means 1200-pound military presses, 50,000-pound shrugs (yeah, I've got strong traps), and 250-pound laterals...
No spotters... And all-natural, bros!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this sorry ass SOB at a gym here where I live that spread around the place that I was gay just because a girl liked me that didn't like him. He had everyone that worked there thinking I was homosexual. No one there really knew me at all because I do not go out of my way to be in cliques at gyms and don't converse much with the juvenile, high school mentality POS people that work at most of them.
Anyways, I confronted the guy about it and he acted all hard when I did because I was by myself and he was with 2 (at least) of his friends. A typical gym-membership salesman: Obnoxious, ego when he shouldn't have one and a fat ass.
Gotta love jealousy. I get it all the time. It's kind of funny to think about, actually.

I am actually 5'9.....and weigh 192 in my pic.....I just read you were 6'1...and weigh the same as I do.....WOW....isnt something like 1in = 5lbs to look the same??? So, according to that youwould have to gain like 20lbs or so just to have the same appearance as I do.
I will win my "natural pro-card" within the next 2 years without question. I probably won't be able to win it this year, as I'm doing my first "natural" show on Sept. 30th. I WILL win my weight class in that show without question. Getting a pro-card in that class will NOT be very difficult considering what I bring to the table in the natural class. Not to sound conceited, but I have simply outworked those that use and have better genetics. I will get a "natural pro-card" at some point between now and 2008. I didn't think it was that important previously but it's something that I wil acquire.
Be sure and let us know how you wiped the stage with everyone. It shoud be easy according to all your posts thus far. Also, if you are that good...why is it going to take you so long to get your pro card?? With yoru genetics you should be able to jump right in and win a pro-qualifier. No? Well??

YEah the 115's really... I as well as most who have lifted for about 3 years do 115's, I do those now as my first set of 12. Im not at no 5% bf but im sure i can probably get 4x8 in there with the 115's at that bf%. and alex looks like he warms up with 115s....post a pic and shut us all up.
And quit your crying about the NPC i did a show in atlanta Eastern seaboard a few years back and placed 2nd as a natural at 190 in the mens open. I wasnt crying about the guy who took first and how he was gearing, i just said i wasnt good enough to beat him.

One-armed rows - 150 pound dumbells for 5 clean, straight, non-cheatging reps. Performed last Tuesday in the middle of a back workout at 196.
Pull-ups - 2 45's straped to my waist for 5 reps. Performed 2 days ago at 195.
Chest
115 incline dumbell presses - performed today...at 193...for 6 reps. This was in the middle of a workout.
Hammer-strength incline presses - 4 45's and a 10 on each side for 5 reps. Today...at 193...
Legs
Squats - 425 for 4 at a weight of 194. Done last Monday. This was after 4 heavy sets of squats...and I did a drop set of 315 for 8 then 275 for 8 at the end of this set...
Calves
11 Plates on each side of the leg press for 6 reps on the toe press - And this is being careful. I could honestly go heavier but I don't want to risk injury.
Biceps
A TON of sets with 65 pound dumbells consisting of my heaviest (but not last) working standing set for 5 reps on each arm...with strict form.
EZ Bar Curls - 2 45's and a 25 on each side for 5 reps...at the END of a workout...at 193....with a drop-set afterwards.
Triceps
I don't even know where to begin on this one. I'll just say that I do V-Bar press downs at 140 for 5 on my last set on this exercise...my second...for 5 reps. This is after working up to 260 with the rope for 5 reps to end this exercise...for 5...after 5 working sets.
Shoulders
First off, my SECOND trap exercise is straight barl shrugs. I finish this at 455 for 6 reps at 194 (what I did last friday). This is after doing almost 600 pounds on the hammer shrug machine for my first exercise...as part of my last set...for 5.
Presses....260 for 5 on my last set...after 3 heavy sets preceeding this. I also perform 4 sets at around 50 pounds for lateral raises after my presses and then rear delt movements for up to 205 on the peck deck (for what it's worth) for 5.
I can list other individual movement for you "naturals" on here, but I will tell ever single one of you that you aren't shit to me. You are nothing. I look at guys like TA and Alex on here and laugh. With a carb-depleted BF of around 5% I'm stronger than either of you on your BEST fatass day. You are NOTHING to me. I've yet to see a "natural" guy post on here who is worth a shit. You 2 are amatuers at the very best. When either of you see the veins in my shoulders/quads/abs/chest/arms/calves/back, you'd accuse me of being on drugs. That's what inferior SOB's like you do. I will be competing in Georgia in October and whiping the floor in doing so. I've done several NPC shows in the past 3 years, never finishing below 3rd in my class, having never used any drugs whatsoever. I am gifted to an extent from a genetic standpoint but moreso to a mental standpoint. I'm simply capable of pushing myself to extremes beyond what most people can/want to handle without drugs.
If its the SNBF Nationals, I'll be judging. I hope you bring your "A" game. ;)
