I hadn't realized how good my thighs were before the Mr. Getbig contest. I think mine are up there with whateva's.
This is from the same day I squatted 315 for 9 deep ones.

Try pointing your toes out slightly and bending your knees a little when you hit your pose. Your photos will come out much better.

I thought extending the leg all the way was the way to pose quads. Hmm well thanks for the correction. I'll practice this.

There's some quality mass on those bones of mine. Compare my quads to those of the Mr. Getbig competitors!
I'm lucky I'm able to maintain well defined abs.

If you can build up your sweep a lil bit it will make your legs look much bigger...Put your feet maybe a foot apart on squats and get on the hacks...legs have potential though...

Thanks for all the good feedback! ;D Yes, my legs aren't quite as good as whateva's, as he just proved! But I think with another year and a lot more cuts I'll be more impressive. I know it.
Mr.Hutch. Thanks for the advice! I've been focusing mostly on squats. Then leg presses and sissy squats. I just recently fell in love with smith machine front squats. I used to do a lot of BB hack squats back in my garage days but have upgraded since then. Hack squats aren't my favorite exercise. I should start to do them again.

wow. big legs. looks diesel. get big but don't ever let yourself get fat enough that you have to put regular training on hold to lose a lot of weight. that sucks.

Thanks and dieting really does suck. I admit that, But if I do more cardio or something without changing my diet, I'll get in decent bulking condition.
