Mr.Hutch. Thanks for the advice! I've been focusing mostly on squats. Then leg presses and sissy squats. I just recently fell in love with smith machine front squats. I used to do a lot of BB hack squats back in my garage days but have upgraded since then. Hack squats aren't my favorite exercise. I should start to do them again.
