Title: Glute Ham Raise
Post by: shiftedShapes on October 03, 2006, 03:59:00 PM
Ok so my gym just got a GHR.  My question is when I do it should I start with my body parallel to the ground or bent over like at the beginning of a back extension.  I've seen videos of both methods online.  Which do you guys think is better for building strength (bringing up the squat and DL)?

Thanks,

-sS

I prefer the movement performed like this.

yeah that's how I was doing it...seems to make it more of a compound lift.
