i see alot of cardio and diet wich is really good, but also squeeze during cocentric contraction, swueeze and hold, if your conditioning is down enough your back will look like mountians, and also compound movements, deadlift your life away

Combination of cardio & your diet should do the trick. While replying i'll put this out there also.If you want the viens diet or cardio won't do it for you.Vascularity is a genetic affair. You either have them (to any degree) dieted down or you dont

8-10 on every produces mass?  Even on deadlifts?  What kind of result have you gotten, stats?

I usually do conventional deads first...but rack deads last.......so I can go heavier on rows and still heavy but not obscene on racks....

Question:

Iif my split landed so I had hamstrings including straight leg deadlifts on Thursday, would I still be ok training back and doing rack deads on Friday?  Doesnt usually happen this way, but with the holiday....
