The point about extremely high ml per ml gear is a valid one because of the necessary solvents required to make it hold in the solution.
I remember a national competitor (never went pro) a couple years ago who would mostly use test 500mg/ml. It was a blend of 3 or 4 long esters but still, 500mg per ml. He would load up 3cc's of it and put it in his glutes and quads in one shot.
I usually recommend, for guys starting out, to avoid putting gear in the arms, calves, traps, etc. I personally believe their is an appropriate time in one's "career" as to when the muscle fascia stretching and inflammation from large volume shots can be beneficial but not for some time. You can do a LARGE amount of cc's each week before needing to rotate to the smaller, more obvious muscle groups.
glutes can take 3cc's easily, 4-5cc's after a while.
VG can take 5cc easily.
quads can take 3 cc's easily.
2 glutes, 2 VG, 2 quads = 22-26cc's weekly without ever needing to touch any other muscle groups.
