he talks very openly about PEDS

says nasser was a bit bitter but maybe he was right for being so

When I talked to Milos a few years back he was very open about training, nutrition, and PEDS... I still have notes.

Pretty crazy how his mind works... Some things are very scientific in nature though.

He is a smart guy.

Milos is the man! Nice guy met him at the 97 South Beach Pro. Stated what we all knew Flex was probably the most genetically gifted Bodybuilder ever!

I met him at his gym... Chaos worked out there and set it up.

i'd like to talk to a guy like that or palumbo

last year me and my buddy tried talking to flex wheeler about peds at the fibo

he was friendly but didnt give us shit

just generic phrases like "at the end of the day you decide what u do" and "try my new supplement"

He touches on what I've said before, injections themselves can damage muscles.
That's why I'd put as much as possible in the ass. Inject Synthol and it just compounds
the possible damage.

Site injections: shit in most cases.

i was also intrigued by this part

so what about injecting in the side of the thigh?


and is there no safe way to inject without damaging muscles/nerves? like with a really short needle or whatever

theres a difference between putting 1-2ml's in your bis, tris, traps once a week and what nasser would do to himself with site injections in his back.

nasser's back (or lack thereof) was 99 percent his genetics anyway. flex, kevin and many others did the same shit to their bodies and they looked fine.

I agree with this actually. I haven't pinned shoulders in years because I hated the way it looked. Even using pharm grade gear in small amounts, the injections and the bolus of oil just swelled things up in an ugly way. I really hate that look. Everything goes in the arse for me now. Sometimes quads because they can hold oils well, but sometimes I get a small panic attack even though 9/10 injections go super smoothly.

please, did you see the way Nasser trained his back? Shawn Ray had wondered why guys like Nasser, Fux, and Dillett trained with 100 pound dumbbells, whereas he trained heavier...
And Dillett and Nasser were known for their weak backs...
