Mon: Chest, Bi's
Tues: Legs
Wed: Off
Thurs: Back, Traps
Fri: Shoulders, Tri's
Sat: Off
Sun: Off
I'm just starting this split, so I don't know how my body will react to an extra day off. I usually trained 5x a week. What do you guys think about this?

thats what i do. except i have back on fri. its good because each bodypart has a direct and inderect day. so if you do chest on mon. it will be hit again on thurs with tris(dips,cg bench). you hit legs on tuesday, then on back day you'll hit them again with deads.

I too have used that split also. its great b/c you get all the recover you need to bast the bodypart the next day..
i noticed that you didn't put calves, abs and forearms... those need to get hitt as well.
