ZMA Timing Question

         Ok, I am thinking of trying ZMA for a while. I usually have a shake before bed. A scoop of a blended protein with about 16 ounces of skim milk, and a couple of fish oil caps. I use the milk to add a little more casein, and because it tastes better that way. But I know that calcium should not be taken near the time of ZMA.

         So I should mix my night-time shake with water and just use more powder?

         And which would be better?

         Take the ZMA on an empty stomach, and wait 30 mins for it to absorb, and then take my shake and go to bed.

         Or take my shake, and wait 30 mins and take the ZMA?
