Three pages in i see this guy's diet of 1000-1500 calories a day and i tend to think he's exaggerating just a bit...up until that point the dude had me going...

With all the eating and long workouts that daddywaddy and adonis do, when do they have time to make money and bang chicks? Just wondering because I like banging my girlfriend way more than I like doing 60 sets of curls.

i was expecting to get down to 225 the next day with the same low cal diet and cardio odd thing is i didnt lose a single pound, i know why because fat (intramuscular triglycerides)and glycogen stores in muscle were depleted to nothing therefore slowing my metabolism big time. so yesterday i pigged out and watched my muscles fill out while at a lower bodyfat!!!! smoked some christmas tree bud later and really ended up pigging  out, so today im still leaner but full, and my metabolism is running 100% im sure at the amount of food i ate. so today ill try not to go to high on calories and do alot of cardio to start the fatloss again up for a day maybe pig out again on saturday

well i wasnt getting in enough calories to compensate for my (fat loss, workout/cardio) thats why i didnt lose jack shit the next day

my metabolism slowed big time...i beleive metabolism can slow to 75% of 100% im not sure how accurate that is. so when your metabolism slows you dont lose as much fat and you dont lose muscle, the whole bodily processes as a whole slows down..so i think you want to keep in the 90-100% range....by doing a shitload of cardio or working out you speed up the grand scheme of it all BUT calories would need to be increased
