i was expecting to get down to 225 the next day with the same low cal diet and cardio odd thing is i didnt lose a single pound, i know why because fat (intramuscular triglycerides)and glycogen stores in muscle were depleted to nothing therefore slowing my metabolism big time. so yesterday i pigged out and watched my muscles fill out while at a lower bodyfat!!!! smoked some christmas tree bud later and really ended up pigging out, so today im still leaner but full, and my metabolism is running 100% im sure at the amount of food i ate. so today ill try not to go to high on calories and do alot of cardio to start the fatloss again up for a day maybe pig out again on saturday
