i'd say ross. he has more brute static strength than anyone, he just can't really nail his lift technique. he struggles so hard to get into position with the apollon wheel but then gets the first two reps like it's bitch weight. if he could get his hands even like savickas an get some leg drive into it he'd have gotten seven reps easy.
