I am currently bulking and have a question about ab training. Can I train abs, most likely no more than once or twice a week, without it having an impact on my weight gain? I had heard that training abs can somehow shock your core and be a set back for gaining weight. Is this total crap or is there any truth to it? I don't mind losing definition because of the extra weight, I can get it back when I diet down, but I don't want to neglect abs completely and have to make it up later. I want to keep a solid stomach under there.
