Had to take a few weeks off due to surgery and being sick and from reading on here and taking my supps, I can say that my arms have been destroyed! I adopted the whole don't be afraid to break yourself mentality and just kept pounding my bis and tris. I have a good 1" pump going right now so we shall see just how long that lasts. But damn! I don't think i've ever had that much trouble shifting on the drive home.

3 sets of DB curls, 30x10, 40x10, 35x15(I'm weak I know shush! :p)
3 sets of reverse curls on the cable machine, 35x10, 45x10, 40x15
3 sets of single hand triceps pushdown on the cable, 45x10, 50x10, 40x15
3 sets of double handed pushdowns on the cable, 75x10, 85.5x10, 75x15
Then finished it up with 2 sets of concentrated BB curls. No weights and called it a day.
