hey guys
I just saw Branch warren's DVd on musclemecca. and he really werm up. More then an pro I have seen. when he trains upperbody he does a werm up with side laterals/shoulder press/cuff rolations. I know that Branch have, had may injuries. and has to werm up really will.
I was thinking of doing a werm up like Branch.. of course I've always done werm ups on the first exerise but now after all these years. I have feel that I should werm up my joints as will..Before I get a serious injury..
any one here do the same??
