Why did you start AAS when you "Just started training 9 weeks ago"?

Why not at least get a few years of natural training under your belt first??

I don't train for bodybuilding anymore, I rarely do isolation exercises, instead of extentions I'll usually do split squats and train for function!

hahahahaha, someone seems to have some deep-seeded personal feelings for toxic. I'll tell you what, maybe he'll let you personally "spot" him on his 225 for 10 squats.

Apparently he said he's going to Florida today or w/e on the X so I doubt we'll be seeing any video. I wasn't expecting him to squat 225 for 10 anyway, that's a lot of weight!!!!!!  ::)

In short, a "motor unit" is a "motor neuron" and all the correlating muscle fibers it fires, when training for function, you basically want to train more motor units instead of just isolating the one particular muscle!

yeah i squatted 405 at 132 on my 19th b-day..in the 138 lb class..

what will you do when i actually post up that vid..i weigh a fat 180ish right now..and my last leg workout i got 225 for an easy 7 ..no belt..no wraps..ass to the floor.
