9 weeks into training my best has been 315 for 3 in the squat..the last rep ws shakey ...so i say 315 for 3 instead of 4..
wish me luck guys..this isn't supposed to be about putting eachother down...its supposed to be about ..well a moral spot is as good as a physical one!
