what kind of rep ranges are you guys using for deads and barbell rows? and are you taking any of your sets to failure?
I would say underhand BB rows are about a 26in rep range (4-20 reps) since my back is horizontal. Overhand BB rows might measure 18in (4-12 reps) in rep range. With deads I dont do lockouts (though recommend them) so conventionals are the full range (2-8 reps), from floor to lockout. Stifflegs are done on a box or 4 plates, so the bar bottoms out on the laces (2-8 reps), to lockout or almost if the reps are higher.
