ok latley dieting is simply boring i get lean and lose weight if i dont eat as much but this takes away from my energy to work and workout and always hungry

but anyways i started eating tons again

i eat as much as i can right up to my workout in the late evening about 7 pm or 8pm and i always workout 1.5 hours or so i might have a beer later on to help sleep or nothing at all

also by the end of my workout i feel like taking a shit this is a sign that all food has been digested for the day and there is nothing left in the tank. the only food thats left is what has been assimilated into my muscles during the day, im digesting and burning everything i eat during the day no matter how many calories i eat my evening workout takes care of any excess and i lose fat while i sleep because i have no food on the stomach

yet i may have consumend 6-7000 calories during the day but all before my workout wich uses all that i have eatin

so im building myself up above and beyond all day because we know calories are the key for energy and maximum workout out put. and at night im in a deficit with no food interfering and no chance for fat gain only fat loss!

its impossibly to put on fat during the day and even more impossible to put on fat during my late evening workout.



yes thats a lot better approach then fasting your body away. you need to stay healthy in the first place and have a fuel of good food in your sistem. you need enery to burn fat, the more energy you got the more you burn. Its like driving a car, you need the fuel, you need to eat 5 times a day to keep the metabolism in check and do every day cardio. thats the best way to keep the musclemass and to lose fat.

Complete energy turnover takes around 10 hours for a sedentary person, IOW: food in + 10hours = all calories used for energy (burned)/stored as fat/crapped out. That's why fatties at work can't figure out why they're still fat if they ate a salad for lunch every day, but a 1500 calorie dinner at a restaurant. You don't burn it off in 4-5 hours when you're "hungy" again.

Massive eating will cause a short term spike in fat burning hormones like Leptin and T3, but as a natural you won't be able to keep up 7000 a day without accumulating a lot of fat after a week or so, regardless if you stop eating at night. DW would be even bigger/leaner if he alternated this strategy for 2 weeks with a pretty severe diet for 2 weeks @.
