I'm currently about 5'7'' and 150-155 pounds. I've been training for a few years on and off and pretty much hardcore the past year. I'm seeing gains in size as of now and would like to contiunue growing/adding muscle while trimming off the 4% of body fat thats covering the 'gut'.
I'm doing 4 days a week splits
Chest/Bis
Back/Tris
Shoulers/Traps/Calves
Legs/Lower Back/some abs
2 days of cardio with some abs in there
1 rest day
getting about 140-150grams of protein a day. 80grams of it comes from syntha-6 protein shakes, while the rest is in the form of egg whites, tuna, ect.
Also doing a creatine cycle. I'm still finding it hard to gain much weight with this. Help??
Is it still possible to slim off that body fat while ingesting this much protein, plus the other calories that come from a pretty clean diet??
