Just to save him some time, here is the diet for a 200lb male.
MEAL #1
5 whole Omeg-3 eggs, 4 egg whites
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)
MEAL #3
8oz chicken (or Turkey, or tilapia, flounder, or cod) with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)
MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)
MEAL #5
8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT (filet mignon, or top round cut) with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ½ tablespoon all natural peanut butter
Meal order is unimportant, all meals are created equal.
Personally i think clen is a waste of cash. Like buying yourself shakes, headaches and jitters. Ephedrine is twice as easy to get and far more bang for your buck imo. Thyroid hormones are not for your average joe. Must do your homework and to be honest i dont think you should go that route. Palumbo diet, cardio up the ass and youll be fine
I'm just the opposite...I think clen is far superior.
Agreed though, lots of cardio, every morning on an empty stomach is preferable. BTW, if you follow a diet like the one above, you want to keep your heart rate under 130bpm so as to not burn muscle...obviously on this type of diet your glycogen levels are non existant, son anything over 130bpm is going to pull necessary energy from muscle. I'd say start at 40-45min of low intensity cardio per day and bump it up 5-10 per wk as needed.
