As Puller said, 50lbs is a lot to lose "ASAP".  How short a time period are we talking?  As far as which works better, I personally respond to ECA much better than Clen, but everyone is different.  Also Thyroid hormones work well over a more extended period of time.  What is your goal and what are your current stats?  Losing weight quickly is never a good thing, you will lose a lot of muscle as well and will feel unhealthy while you are doing it, the reason you will feel unhealthy is because it IS UNHEALTHY.  Give us some more information and we will try to recommend something reasonable and safe, but if you are looking to lose 50lbs in a month or something I will not advise you because that is asking for trouble.

i am at 250 right now and i need to be at 208 so thats 42 lbs. i want to lose it asap because i am trying to get back in the Marines and they have weight standards.. i am out of shape obviously... i eat about 5 small meals a day, usually a limited ammt of carbs, alot of protien and some fats... usually from nuts and the small ammt on chicken and tuna, i take a multi pack among the lines of animal stack i try to do cardio in the am before eating much, usually a slice ot 2 of whole grain toast, i am not looking to keep this weight off for a long period of time i just need to step on a scale then keep plugging away at it, i have lost about 20 lbs in the last month and a 1/2 or so and would love to reenlist before the end of october so 2 months.. i know it can be done and i have the heart just not the knowledge... if someone could outline a diet / workout routine that they think would get me there i would be greatly appreacitive, again about the healty i understand that it is not healthy to lose alot of weight then yo-yo back up and down. if i can get some solid help i can see improvments with then i will be abe to stick to it... i got a personal trainer at my local Golds.... all he is interested in is the scattered ass in the gym PLEASE HELP... thanks alot for your time

Do cardio about 4 to 5 times per week, keep your workout rest to a minimal and watch your calorie intake. Whatever you do don't rely on either route of fat burners to cure those extra 50 LBS. Hard work, dedication and absolute desire will be what makes you lose that weight...afterall you are trying to be a Marine...start early son and you will be there in no time...good luck to ya!

look into the palumbo diet on the md board. Personally i think clen is a waste of cash. Like buying yourself shakes, headaches and jitters. Ephedrine is twice as easy to get and far more bang for your buck imo. Thyroid hormones are not for your average joe. Must do your homework and to be honest i dont think you should go that route. Palumbo diet, cardio up the ass and youll be fine

OK - THis method is NOT healthy IMO, but its to make weight for a comp w/ out diuretics...
This is a very fit competitor manipulating his hydration for a short time...

Personally, it sounds worse than mild diuretics... But there may be something of interest to someone here....

That signing bonus got your attention?  ;D  $20G? Nice little stack of Benjamins, Huh?

look into the palumbo diet on the md board.
Just to save him some time, here is the diet for a 200lb male.

MEAL #1
   5 whole Omeg-3 eggs, 4 egg whites
MEAL #2
SHAKE:  50g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)

MEAL #3
8oz chicken (or Turkey, or tilapia, flounder, or cod) with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)

MEAL #5
8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT (filet mignon, or top round cut) with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar

MEAL #6
SHAKE:  50g Whey with 1 ½ tablespoon all natural peanut butter

Meal order is unimportant, all meals are created equal.

I'm just the opposite...I think clen is far superior.

Agreed though, lots of cardio, every morning on an empty stomach is preferable. BTW, if you follow a diet like the one above, you want to keep your heart rate under 130bpm so as to not burn muscle...obviously on this type of diet your glycogen levels are non existant, son anything over 130bpm is going to pull necessary energy from muscle. I'd say start at 40-45min of low intensity cardio per day and bump it up 5-10 per wk as needed.

thanks for the words of encouragement, im going to try that diet program... probably increase the food intake just a little bit considering im over 200 lbs i would presume?  increase my intake by about 10% sound about right? ooh i weighed myself at work today and im at 244 so thats 36 lbs to go.... i figure 30 lbs then ill try to cut weight and weigh in for last 6 or 7, shouldent be a problem im sure i sweat that out in a workout already. i just bought 3 boxes of vaso pro and was just wondering on something i read a few days ago... seemed logical... 1st serving 25 mg E  200mc  81mg A  on an empty stomach about 30-45 mins before cardio. then another serving about 4 hours after that last serving 4 hrs after that. sound right? and im assuming you take the 2nd 2 servings offset from meal time? thanks again...

you can take the 1st serving 5min before cardio (wont matter). mid serving whenever, and rule of thumb for last serving, is at least 6 hours prior to bed time. Like AJ said LOW INTENSITY!!! cannot be emphasised enough. And dont neglect fat, it is key to feeling normal while on a ketogenic diet. Supplementing omega 3 will also be beneficial. Once a week have a cheat meal (not like the last supper) but something that you crave, it is essential while on this diet. Good luck bro, keep us updated.
