yeah that doesn't mean i believe in NEVER changing but maybe once every 6 months or so or when you plateau on a movement for 4-5 workouts in a row and maybe even regress, but i couldn't even imagine not squatting in every leg workout.
You don't get bored with the same workout for 6 months?
I squat every workout for legs and bench for chest.
I stick with the basics for my workouts no real crazy stuff.my partner picks an exercise then I pick the next.
