Hahaha, the haters are funny, apparently I'm supposed to give a shit about their opinion especially Croach who clearly doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground but continually makes an ass of himself post after post but in some ways I agree with him..........that being said and for those who haven't been paying attention, this is my first show in 17 years AND MY LAST, I'm doing this for ME just to get it out of system, after this it's no more BBing, no more GetBig or any other board. I've been hired to write for a fitness journal and site www.ideafit.com  and I write fitness articles for my local newspaper and just plan on concentrating on my business.

it's your own attitude that is your undoing. most people competing get encouragement ( see alex a for example) . all you get is critisism and flamed.

stop and realise it has to do with the way you conduct yourself, and not because the whole world is out to get you.

if you didnt come off like the asshole on here that im sure you are in real life, people would probably care about how your prep is going.

Well...yes, prove yourself. You critisize me (out of the blue mind you) you blast me as if your better and to me if your going to critisize me that you must be better....I say prove it!!  Also, I come off like an asshole? The only time I come off like that is when someone is an asshole to me and my conduct on here is better than alot on this board.
