have u tried this waddy? does sound good. i like the principle - massive blood flow, no time to get cold, using all ur energy, no wasted time. but ur gonna be using some seriously low weights by the end.

yes that is exactly what you want to have happen

i used to do this routine for months when i was at the gym but got the same results from doing pushups with very short rests.. after an 8 sets of 8 its crucial to eat something or youll want to go home and quit and be a pussy  :D its better to eat and do another round

so it doesnt matter much how many reps u do, aslong as its over a certain amount? what amount would that be? cause u were saying that 1 rep max isnt as good as higher reps to failure.

a one rep max probably burns 3-5 calories

50 reps burn about 50 calories

with heavy weight you are at higher risk to permenantly fuck something up not a wise choice unless you are a getbigger know it all and the master of all times then sure you can get away with it and be HUGE NASSER HUGE 8)

well this is me at 20 years old. when i worked with steel scaffolding all day and did pushups when i got home i dont think a chest gets much bigger than this naturally. we all have pretty much the same potential

the two limiting factors are food and how much time you spend on working out. and you can gain muscle as fast as you can lose it. to be big as fuck and ripped you would have to train all day like serge nubret. but even at that once you go back to just an hour a day lifting you look like you only lift an hour a day .  muscles expand if you give them reason too and enough food. they deflate if you arent doing shit or you simply get fat

people need to realize you are only going to get but so big, but there is no limit to how ripped you can get. my chest is at its full natural potential at 20

Most retarded thing I have read in a long time. Less is more and if you don't know that just ask Dorian Yates....intensity, not duration is key as everyone who has lifted for a little while knows...strange that you do not...been reading too much flex?

yes DW your skin is beautiful,

it is only a matter of time before you will be asked to do the cover of Mens fitness.  If they are smart they will ask you to do an article for them too.

i probably never really hit 10,000 calories consistently , but on some days i think i excedded it lol probably on average around 7000. i was eating all the junkfood in the world especially cheap stuff like little debbie snacks and ramen noodles. i was doing high volume training but looking back at it i shouldve ate more during my workouts to KEEP GOING and should have guaged my calories better instead of flip flopping from bulking to dieting

i shouldve just done high calories and high training since birth but keep calories consistent with my lifting (ex every 100 reps eat 200-400 calories )
bullshit.

Daddy I figured out why you look like a Concentration Camp victim now.  It is because you lost your job, have no money to buy food and addicted to meth.  Get off the drugs.  And you are being held captive somewhere and they won't feed you anything but cat food.  DO you need help?

Why were you so much bigger before Waddy? are you having us on? is this your period off training?

cos the whole calorie:repetition theory there is a little stupid, way to only use up your glycogen stores and not actually cause any hypertrophy.

food (fat lipids, glucose, water)  are things that make up your muscles fool. where do you think we get these building 'materials' from? its a slow building process depending upon the total turnover of calories per day, if there is not much turnover you will not be shit :)
