Same here,I do 5x5 at times for a certain basic lift only........not every exercise, and I only do it for short periods of time.

A good way to increase power.

i got that its taxing and thats good but your suggesting only to do it with one workout per part?  so like do if for flat bench and nothing else for in regards to chest...?  what kind of rep set scheme would you go with to compliment that??...i was going to do with every move...
