Hey stupid, where did I say insulin made organs grow? And if you're so informed and intelligent........post some proof or a link or a few case studies.

Not a case study, but an authoritative source, The Mayo Clinic, list these side-effects to using GH on their web site:

Are there any risks to taking human growth hormone if you don't need it?
Taking human growth hormone can cause a number of side effects, including:

1.   Swelling in your arms and legs
2.   Arthritis-like symptoms
3.   Carpal tunnel symptoms
4.   Headaches
5.   Bloating
6.   Muscle pain
7.   Diabetes
8.   Abnormal growth of bones and internal organs
9.   Hardening of the arteries
10.   High blood pressure

Some evidence shows that side effects of human growth hormone treatments may be more likely in older adults than in younger adults. Also, because the studies of healthy adults taking human growth hormone have been short term, it isn't clear whether these side effects could eventually dissipate or become worse. For instance, though human growth hormone produced arthritis-like symptoms, it isn't clear if this would progress into arthritis. More study is needed.

But none of that says anything about organ growth or distended bellies. So how do these studies support your conclusion that insulin causes distended abs?

IFG-1 is the culprit, mainly, abuse of Long R3 IGF-1. When this came on the scene in the mid 90's that's when you started seeing guys blow up due to overdosing, incorrect dosing times and just all around abuse. There was little research to go by so a lot of guys used themselves as guini pigs or followed what they heard from others. So they were shooting sometimes over 100mcgs at a time, sometimes on a daily basis. The general consensus for the best time to administer now is immediately post workout when the muscles are at their highest state for upregulation and IGF reception. At the time this wasn't really known so some guys were injecting in the morning or pre-workout. Injecting 100mcgs at a time causes a tremendous spillover into the rest of the body, and what part of the body has the most IGF receptors? Yup, the intestines.

This can also happen with Insulin coupled with HGH, this causes the liver to produce IGF (not Long R3 IGF) but the body has counter measures to stave off excess natural IGF production (Long R3 is different and body cannot kill off excess of this due to the amino chain makeup) and it's believed that only in extreme cases of Insulin and HGH abuse that the "perma pregnant" look can occur this way.
