What's up fellas-I've been lifting hard and heavy for the past 7 months. Brought my weight up from 155 to 215 and my strength has gone up significantly. I usually work with dumbells and superset my workouts keeping the intensity. I'm messing around with 80lb dumbbells on incline and about the same on flat bench. i also use the incline and normal pec deck machines but can't seem to get any growth in my chest at all. Any pointers out there??my workout for this day is chest/back and is as follows:Incline bench 4x10 no restwidegrip pullup 4x10 1 minute restdumbbell shrugs 3x15 no restexternal rotations 3x15 no restbent rows 4x10 no restflat DB bench 4x10 no restand then I go into abs workout usually lasts about 45 minutes
he barely looks like he works out and this is the "after" picture, can you imagine what he looked like "before"?

well hes definitely not a bodybuilder. but i dont see him bragging about being one.. so whats the problem?
