Croatch has a very good build especially for a natty but if he thinks they're aren't any impressive juicers out there who just juice and lift for the hell of it he's wrong, the strongest hardest training guys i've ever seen have been juiced to the gills but human forklifts, 315 pound seated presses for reps, 750 pound deadlifts, 800 pound squats, 455 pound bb rows, 185 pound dumbbells for reps on inclines, all done by juicers i've known over the years.

Its stupid how people take drugs and think they look good and are tough when really they cant put up any weight and walk with deformed bodyparts and guts.  Its sad how bodybuilding is today.. just all drugs and nothing but guts, and fluid filled bodies.  Natural is the way to go.  Dont have to worry about all these problems and waste time and money on stupid stuff.

you also don't have to worry about problems such as going past 135 lbs with abs.   ::)

Dont make any sense.. I know many bodybuilders who are natural and weigh anywhere from 185-220lbs with six packs, full chest, wide back and arms who are 5'8-5'9 tall.  Just making yourself feel and look stupid when taking drugs that will just end up ruining your body.  Just jealous when a natural looks better.

LOL Fat Alex was ripping on Croatch just a few weeks ago, then posting pictures of his small fat frame juiced up-claiming superiority.

Then the latest pics of Fat Alex come out-shit genetics, small, fat saggy chest-huge gut....OFF THE SAUCE.

;D   Naturals with great genetics always piss off juicers......i was inclining 315 natural, to the chagrin of several weaker juicers.  hahaha  ;D  Most of them are insecure thats why they cant come off the sauce.
To be honest, I'd be seriously irritated if someone was natural and had much better gains than me...and I juiced.  Almost humiliating really.

haha, I'd have to be delusional to think my strength was superior to some on gear.  Or to think my physique was better than some on gear.  Some naturally and on gear dust me....but not most.

Hate to piss in your cornflakes Croatch, but that's TRUE.

You raised your genetic set-point by putting on those 35 gear-induced pounds, whether you like it or not.

How come you haven't put on ANOTHER 35 lbs naturally?

You basically look the same now as you did 3 years ago.  The only way you are ever going to make another MAJOR leap in your physique is by gearing up (again)

  Sorry
Ok, I owe everything to the one cycle I took in 94'.   ::)  Moving on.
I dropped to 165lbs after the cycle.  Took some time off, back to 150lbs.  Then lifted for a few years, got up to 180lbs, stopped for another couple years...dropped to 150lbs.  2002-2003, went from 150lbs to 200lbs.
And I completely agree on your last comment.  If I wanted to make a BIG leap from where I am now, it would take gear.  My diet is about as good as it can be, training is consistent and hard, sufficient rest, etc.  Even with drugs, you plateau, then it's a matter of adding more chemical.  That becomes more of a science experiment, than bodybuilding.
I'm pretty sure you aren't sure what I gained where and how.  Hope that cleared it up.

serios question croatch

Why are you afraid of steroids and fake tits?
What is the underlying theme there???
FAKE SHIT...People in general need a reality check.  Society is so pathetic when it comes to changing themselves.  Instead of accepting what you have and making it the best you can, we're conditioned to take a pill for a problem.  Same thing goes with depression, anxiety, hyperactivity...etc.  Granted, no amount of work will make a titty bigger or an ugly face pretty, but guess what...that's life bitch! haha

i'm willing to bet this is all because you wore your "natural bodybuilding" shirt to the gym and some 280 pound hulk look at you and laughed, saying "natural, huh? no shit!!!" and then walked away. you want some respect? do your thing and quit this BS crusade. haven't you noticed it's even naturals on here who are telling you to shut the hell up?
Sorry.  I'm not sure what fantasy world you play in, but I lift with regular sorry juicers, much like everywhere in the US.  I know everyone at your gym is 280lbs and shredded.  And even if that situation were to occur, you're missing the point.  That guy who is 280lbs on gear....is mainly that way, yes, because of gear.  The thing is, these chumps can never do much without it.  That's the point.

croatch let is go man.....
u seem to have some deep underlying issues with guys who take gear....
the funny thing is you said yourself .... at some point
ive never so im completely natural does it mean im better than you
no?
im probably stronger than you... from what ive seen of ur vids
does it mean im better no..
should i rag on you like you rag on people who take gear..
cmon dude let it go
A getbig intervention...hahah, nice. ;D  If you're stronger than me naturally, technically, you are a little better. ;)  I'd probably say, "Man, I'm fucking weak."  Honestly, that would be my view.  Or think, "Damn, that guy is pretty strong."
I rarely see that though.

I always thought he was natural?  Either way, your genetic shape is more important than weight or what you lift....in bodybuilding.  Where were the pictures of me "juiced up"?  I'd be curious to see those.
