I hear ya.  I LOVE a good cigar every now and then.  Cigarettes are great but I wouldn't recommend anyone taking up the habit.  It's one of my vices. ;D

I can take this a step further. I live near the largest cancer hospital in the world.  It's not uncommon to see people wearing hospital gowns and hooked up to an IV bag, standing outside smoking.
