  I do isometric chest workout at my trough desk at work.  I bend my arms at my elbows towards my chest, press my palms together, hands reversed, and squeeze.  For variation I put my arms out straight, palms together and squeeze.

  Then I may drop to the floor and crank out some pushups.

One of the things that irks me is that American women wear jeans/pants all the goddam time.  It's gotten to the point that when I go to the store, and she's trying on jeans/pants and I get asked the inevitable "do you like this" and "does this make me look..." I always reply "No I don't like this", and "yes, this makes you look very..."

It's had two benefits. She buys more dresses/skirts, and I get asked to go shopping less frequently.

It's really not a big deal. I just feel a little better about life when I have nice tan legs to look at.  Speaking of which, that's another reason.  She bought herself a tanning bed, and then wants to wear jeans all the time... Part of it probably has to do with the facts that she wears suits with skirts to work... but I'm not there.
