haha im just giving people a little taste of there own medicine, seldom do i feed from the getbigger doggie bowl of hateful entertainment, they dont welcome the same treatment they have given me in the past :)

i just want people to think a bit, learn something, and make posts about it, i feel this thread has proved a point on how easy it is to lure hate that ='s nothing, but of course i tend to include bits of splended advices in the midst of things

I am not shredded but i am not fat at all.
I can be real cut if you give me 3 weeks. but i am not interested in it now.
My goal is maintaining this bf level and getting back about 3kg of muscle.
If you still say i am wrong. Show me how you can gain huge amount of mass without getting smooth even little bit.
