hey guys
I don't know you guys ever had this but I notice that my abs are thick. They're hard but really thick. I was searching around the net for any suggestions or why this happens. On of the causes is from dead lifting and from squatting. which is one of the things that I never doing. No way , do I never miss doing sqats and deadlifts.
I do cardio for 15 minutes six days a week
I train abs twice a with hanging leg raises and cable crunches. the next session is crunches and leg raise.
anyone have thick mid- section from doing deads and squats??
