He's got plenty of time, I don't bdoubt that he can achieve great conditioning. The concern would be to know if he can do it without losing too much fullness. He doesn't look that big for an off-season Olympia pretender.

He will be sliced, no doubt about it 240 and wes. The problem is that he has huge arms, narrow chest and an overall narrow look to him. His gigantic arms really overpower his physique. He will look narrow and maybe even a bit on the small side next to Wolf, Cutler and Kamali.

Kamali?  Seriously?  In the same sentence as Phil, Cutler, and Wolf?  Wow.

Its a good question. Jay did look way leaner in the recent pics posted of him

Having said that, Phil, I am sure, knows what he is doing. Personally I think Jay's approach is the way to go, but I am sure Phil will also come in looking pretty good.

jay and wolf both looked leaner.

Does anyone have the recent dexter guest pose pic?  I wonder if he was leaner too.

Most successful guys know the key is to peak 2 weeks early and coast in.  Phil looked diced, 5 weeks out from the ironman.

he looks bloated and small. compare him to the current size of cutler or wolf... they are twice as big as lil heath and tighter.

Phil is a pro and is always known for his excellent conditioning.  However Wolf and Cutler have both looked way sharper in recent pics.  Can Heath get in shape in time?

"Lunch" Trey Brewer was about twice as fat and lost his weight in less time.

he will be fine, once he changes esters, drops a few things and cuts the gh  ;) he needs to time his run, certainly cant afford to overdiet in this line up, if hes flat, he looks narrow, top 5 if he nails it, top 3 if hes improved since the ironman, He is potentially a top 3 guy with his genetics even with being narrow, just depends how much hes improved.

I have a feeling Jay is going to make the same mistake he did when he tried to play the conditioning game at the Arnold a few years back when he should have lost to Cormier.  His conditioning was shitty at the O and he is going to overcompensate and look flat.

Dexter your new Mr. Olympia!!!

Most drop it 4 weeks out to help the skin thin right out, some as late as two,  Phil looks to have  some serious water bloat, i would bet hes using Jins, he will be fine as long as he knows what hes doing believe me a lot of top guys have missed their peak by not understanding how their body reacts with hgh. Dorian Yates made an art form of dropping it at the right time, his skin up close contest day was something else, made everyone else look smooth.

Drug bloat. He'll dial in at get 4th
no need to dial it in he is a weider boy he'll get 4th no matter what and wolf gets 3rd this sets the stage for the battle between wolf and heath for later years while dexter retires.........
