Eh... this is me a few months ago. It was taken on my birthday and I was a little sick, so I was a bit deflated. I've been cutting super hard but I look the same, I just have abs again. Not trying to pull a sevaste but I was called out as candi's puppet/gimmick so here's another pic. I don't have anything recent because I hate taking gay cell phone pics, and the camera I bought my gf is at her friends. Once I get the self timer function to work I can take updated pics

Definitely not swole or anything. But I did start out at only 100lbs just three years ago, so all the progress is monumental to me.

No-one on getbig knows how to be fat and disrespected. They are all 300lbs with abs year-round

Wrong. Debussey = 105 pounds with 27% BF

how old are you now? how much you weigh now? and how tall

That pic was actually taken on my 22nd birthday. Took it after getting warmed up because I had an insatiable urge to piss... was gonna take one AFTER working out arms but I just had a protein shake and left (because I was late for my own bday).

I'm anywhere from 170-180lbs now. I was between 185-190lbs in that pic. I'm apprehensive about cutting so hard but I regretfully put on a "sugar belly" during my transformation. Once it's gone and I'm around 6-7% bf I will lean bulk, now knowing how to do so appropriately. Filipinos can have some thick skin so I need to get really lean before my mid section looks ripped. My entire body looks very lean but my booty and mid section are the only places where I store fat. In a wife beater and all pumped up, no one believes that I'm anything less than 190lbs right now. Even my gf thinks I don't need to cut so hard but I'm not stopping until I'm basically the equivalent to 4-6 weeks out from a comp.

I really think I look like Shavis Higa, maybe not in that pic, but I think I would like to get somewhere near his physique and just continually lean bulk with small cutting phases when appropriate. I'm not listening to ANY advice from bodybuilding.com folks anymore. They are jaded.

This sort of douchebaggery goes in one ear and out the other. I'm a nice guy on the outside but deep down people don't really mean shit to me. I'll still nod back, give honest answers and make small talk but I don't really care for people outside my circle of friends and family members.

Holy Shit, I'm not the ONLY ONE!

Praise Allah.

I tore my achilles tendon and sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago and am now on crutches.  I have noticed people are ALOT nicer to me in general.
