That's quite odd. Are you refering to the Obama's ...or the Republican's who gutted the bill of rights, ignored the constitution, and brought in the military commission's Act? ...or were you talking about the Palins and their separatist agenda?
The GOP didn't violate the constitution with any act.. get over it. Neither did the Palins. Yet everyday liberals selectively dismantle whatever right they see fit by silencing those that disagree, redistributing wealth and property, and many others.
