so chick do you believe all these studies that show low reps are better for stength and hypertrophy are only valid for naturals? or do you feel that the use of steroids negates these findings, and higher reps are better?
there is not just ONE way to build muscle
from Mike Mentzer's HIT to Milos Sarcev's Giant sets
everything works, find what works for you  :)

 ::) thanks for that.

Everything may work to a certain extent, but not everything works optimally.

something that works "optimally" for one person may not work "optimally" for another person
hope that helps  ;)

Dont overcomplicate things....bodybuilding comes down to TWO , basic fundementals....Breakdow n of muscle tissue, Building up muscle tissue.

Whether or not one s natural is only relevant to the envelope, and how much one is allowed to push it.

yes but theres breaking down muscle tissue optimally and building up muscle tissue optimally  ;D

correct training routines/drug use/and nutrition all play a part in this optimisation.

every expert has his own philosophy,ultimately its we who try them and come to one conclusion, i saw some westside barbell videos,Louie simmons has his own approach which works great for powerlifters ,Mike mentzer said his way is the only way which is certainly not,Milos `s giant sets works great in terms of pumps,the fullness etc but i dont know weather he suggests to do it all year round,one cant just lift heavy 365 days a year, but everything has to be balanced be it a AAS user or not,according to ones needs, correct me if im wrong :)
