every expert has his own philosophy,ultimately its we who try them and come to one conclusion, i saw some westside barbell videos,Louie simmons has his own approach which works great for powerlifters ,Mike mentzer said his way is the only way which is certainly not,Milos `s giant sets works great in terms of pumps,the fullness etc but i dont know weather he suggests to do it all year round,one cant just lift heavy 365 days a year, but everything has to be balanced be it a AAS user or not,according to ones needs, correct me if im wrong
