yeah but you are one of the bigger guys here Mars, I am sure your abs would be thick as a brick even if you didn't work them out

Being overweight is fine, but irl I have never heard anyone ever say they would rather be big and strong than lean. That phenomenon is strictly a getbig thing. In the real world, no guy wants to be fat.

it really is a Getbig thing because even the powerlifters (despite what i said in a previous post in this thread) actually are humbled enough to ask me how to get lean.

i'll have to go back and edit said post to be more accurate

i hate to be "that guy" BUT....

...i need to reiterate that all these movements mean NOTHING unless your BF% is low

Natural can only build muscle when bulking, so the abs are being built when you are fat not when you are skinny and on low calorie.

Before i started weights, i did long distance running and was skinny as hell with NO abs, just small definition

see, i never tried to do a "hard core" bulk so i can't relate to what you are saying.

Bulking to me is 3500-4000kcal Maximum. I don't do stupid over 4000kcal like some people.

well not everyone agrees on that nowadays that bulking as a natural is real beneficial. i believe that if you take in the right amount of good food you can be lean and build up mass.

honest

these days i usually train my abs with a good dozen or so buds on a friday evening and a family pizza, needless to say this program is good for adding mass only.  ;D

But it's hard to determine how many calories are required to build muscle, so it's safer to eat comfortably over how much you need instead of right on the mark where your in danger of eating to little.

alot (ALOT) of people do the "Lee Priest" thing and eat everything..but in reality, they use that as a excuse to just get fat

you are doing it the smart way

I don't worry about calories because (honestly) i've been more than happy where i am at

Mars has the best abs on Getbig. Some of the local whores in his town use his stomach to clean their panties. True story.
