I didn't read through this whole thread, just going to post my thoughts, so if this has already been said, my bad.

If it's real human grade enanthate or cypionate, it shouldn't hurt at all. I don't care how rough you are with the injection, even if you move the needle around a little bit it should not hurt.

Human grade sust, it should not hurt either, unless you happen to be sensitive to the propinate ester. So the same can be said for human grade prop.

both times ive injected sust in th legs it fn hurt and made a knot within 1-2 days

I never inject my quads anymore...haven't in years. Too much trouble, too many veins, to tender, to many other places to inject.

my leg feels better now....... i now mix 1/2ml sust and 1ml nandro and it helps alot it must be the sust

Indeed.

Alpha Pharma is sub-standard HG.

It's as close to UG as HG could be.
